Buying a box

In short, everyone! The boxes serve anyone looking for some extra self-care. Our belief is that self-care shouldn’t be a gendered experience but a human experience

Yes! If you are looking to purchase boxes to support your team’s mental health, we can work with you to create the perfect box and offer a discount on those boxes. Please email findyourselfboxes@gmail.com so we can help you Find Your/perfect box. 

Shipping

After your order is packed and ready to ship out, you will receive confirmation that your order has shipped with a tracking number from our website. Find Your/self Boxes ships out via USPS. Once an order ships, Find Your/self Boxes suggests following up via the tracking information through stamps.com

If you entered the wrong address please email findyourselfboxes@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order being placed to let us know to change the address. Unfortunately, after 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that we can change this address and we are not responsible for inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer.

All Find Your/self Boxes come with a tracking number. Find Your/self Boxes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the USPS. All claims for lost or stolen items can be made through the USPS using your tracking number. When entering an address, please ensure the location is a secure one or request for the box to be held at your local post office for pick up!

Refunds, Returns, & Damages

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels. To return an item, please email customer service at findyourselfboxes@gmail.com to obtain a prepaid shipping label. 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3-5 business days from the receipt of your items to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at findyourselfboxes@gmail.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
